The Women’s Voices Now Online Film Festival celebrates and awards the best social-impact films from around the world that highlight women in film and women’s rights issues. The internal judging of the official selections took place from February 7th, 2019, to March 4th, 2019. The six winning films will then be available for audiences to rent and watch via Vimeo Pay-Per-View on March 8, 2019, International Women’s Day. Audiences will have access to the films through March 31, 2019.
The Femme Sessions are thematic cycles in which the common denominator is films directed by women. The objective is to give visibility to the work of women in the film industry, through the projection of their works and, whenever possible, their presence in the sessions, promoting the encounter between the public and the authors.
