Biography:
Sarah Noa Bozenhardt is a Freiburg-born filmmaker who grew up in Ethiopia. Sarah Noa completed her bachelor’s in Film, Video, and Integrated Media at the Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, winning several awards for her thesis documentary MEDANIT. Sarah Noa works as a film tutor for youth and kid and her work and brings together a range of international creatives, committed to intimate, thoughtful storytelling. She currently live in Germany.
Daniel Abate Tilahun was born in the rural village of Megendi. He began to study directing at the Blue Nile Film and Television Academy in Addis Ababa. Before working on his co-directing debut, Daniel collected a range of production management experience for feature films. Together with Sarah Noa Bozenhardt, he spent more than five years researching, developing and shooting the film among us women in his village in Northern Ethiopia.

Synopsis:
Cranky teacher Helen and notorious problem student Mia hate the social roles they were assigned by the institution of highschool. When a seemingly harmless conflict between them escalates,the protagonists begin to rebel against the narratives, which society imposes on them the film starts to boycott the conventions of it’s own genre and subsequently vanishes into the night, leaving us with the question: Why does Helen Koch commit serious vehicle theft?
Biography
Hadi Sheibani is a film editing graduate who has been working as a film editor since 2011. He was awarded an AFA scholarship as the only Iranian Fellow at Asian Film Academy in 2019 and International Film Editors Forum's Travel Grant as the first Iranian film editor to attend the IFEF in 2022. In February 2022, Hadi wrote and directed his first short, Katvoman, co-produced by Ravinder Dhaka. Inspired by MeToo Movement, the film deals with domestic violence and Women's rights.

Synopsis

Biography
Cláudia Gomes is an actress, puppeteer and producer from Porto, Portugal.
She currently works as a casting director at Agente A Norte and, in parallel, she also works as an actress and puppeteer.
Ricardo Soares started in the theatre world when he entered the Jobra Music Conservatory. As an actor he has been playing various characters in theatrical productions, cinema and advertising since 2009. As a videographer and director, he works for brands such as Salys and Spltech.

Nata of this Life appears from the hunger of learning how to work in the stop motion universe with the (hunger) of representing something so traditional and portuguese such as the typical Pastel de Nata.
Biography
Paula Boffo: Animator and cartoonist. She has participated in various national and international comic book events. She created the award-winning comics "LA SOMBRA DEL ALTIPLANO" and "SI MOJÁS ME ENCIENDO". As a director, she carried out the projects "SANTA SOMBRA" and "CON TUS HIJES SI". In 2022, she published the graphic novels "SANTA SOMBRA" as the sole author and "EL VIAJE REAL" with screenwriter Carolina Unrein.
Patricio Plaza: Independent animation filmmaker. After studying visual arts and film at UNLP, he has worked as a professional animator for over 20 years. His short films "El Empleo" (2008) and "Padre" (2013), which he co-authored, have received over 200 international awards. "Carne de Dios" is the first film from his new production company, Ojo Raro, which aims to produce animated films from a South American and queer perspective.

Biography
Eudald Rojas was born in a small town near Barcelona in 1998. After doing a degree in animation and a master in stop motion, he currently works as a stop motion freelancer.
Mariana Ferreira is a Portuguese creative based in Lisbon, currently working as a freelancer in animation and graphic design. She is interested in documenting and telling stories about people and the struggles they encounter in their everyday lives. Her characters try to reflect the characteristics that make each person unique and special.
