Synopsis:

Nit, her mother and younger sister move into their great-grandparents’ old family house. During the hot days of july 1998 she will have to face her parents’ breakup and the absence of her father in a new family of three.

Biography:

Ariadna Pastor is a director, scriptwriter and actress from Barcelona. She studied film direction at LCDC, has a masters degree in Audiovisual Scriptwriting from UNIR and a graduate degree in Dramatic Art from the Institut del Teatre. Currently, she works mainly as a director and director assistant in a variety of audiovisual productions: fiction, advertising and some campaigns for PlaygroundTV.

Synopsis:

Graduated from the Escuela Nacional de Cine. She completed a master's degree in directing and staging at the Escola de Cinema de Barcelona. Director and producer of short films such as El dibujo de un pez, which has been widely recognized at festivals, and her latest production Bajamar.

Biography

Eleanor Kenny is a recent Film and Television graduate from the University of Bristol and made her directorial debut with the short comedy 'Honey Trap'. Whilst working as a freelance photographer and videographer back home in Yorkshire, she is hoping to pull together another short film in 2023.

Synopsis

High-school students Mia and Esther are obsessed with Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold. They share the shooter´s hatred against their own social environment and are determined to commit a school shooting themselves. The two outlaws have planned out every detail in their fantasies and train shooting in an abandoned quarry.
Mia is struggling to hide her doubts, but will she stand tall before her friend?

Biography

Born in Berlin in 1994, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in European Media Studies from the University of Potsdam.She began making her own films as a writer and director and went on to study film directing at Vienna Film Academy in Michael Haneke´s class, starting in 2018. As part of her studies and beyond she has worked on numerous international fiction projects as an Assistant Director.

She is inspired by the emotional quality present in all things, living or not, and greatly appreciates the analogue process. She tries to capture everyday life with her film cameras and has since expanded from still photography to shooting home movies on Super 8.

Synopsis

It's a grand world for Juice, when her best friend, Grandma Lovely, is around. But their days of happiness begin getting interrupted by Grandma's bizarre behavior. Grandma randomly walks out of the house, mistakens Juice for her sister and talks about going to the slaughter house at the farm. To help her, Juice makes flash cards and a map for Grandma so that she doesn’t wander off again and forget where she lives. One day, Grandma doesn't pick Juice up from school. Juice returns home and realizes Grandma is gone. Panicking, Juice roams the city looking for her.

Biography

Parida Tanti is a writer/director who works between Los Angeles and Bangkok. Before becoming a filmmaker, Parida worked as a game writer in Bangkok, as a post-production assistant at Participant Media, and as an intern at "Elementary." She holds an MFA in Directing from UCLA and a BA in Poetry from Columbia University.
