As part of the "Bárbaras Meetings" series, this session brings together professionals involved in the programming and organization of national and international film festivals to reflect on programming processes, selection criteria, and the current challenges facing film distribution.

The session aims to provide a space for direct dialogue between filmmakers and festival programmers, addressing curatorial practices, visibility strategies, and the role of festivals in the circulation and transformation of cinematic narratives.
At this event, “Bárbaras Matches with the Festivals,” you’ll have the chance to speak directly with representatives from the various festivals in attendance, creating a space for networking and sharing experiences and knowledge between filmmakers and festival programmers!
