Synopsis
An intimate and diverse collection of artistic narratives by 8 immigrant women in Portugal. Through letters, photographs, improvisation games and stage pictures, these women share their personal, philosophical and political experiences, offering an in-depth look at their experiences, memories and nostalgia. Of different nationalities, generations and gender identities, they come together to create a space for authentic expression, challenging stereotypes and building intercultural connections through art.
On 16th April we'll be joined by DJ Filipa Varanga (RedShoes).
She'll be bringing part of her fluctuating musical selection of trip hop, alternative, indie and electronica to the opening party at the Cinema Batalha Bar.
